Art. 40 y 41 LRSIC. El titular (o su representante legal) inicia la consulta de su Reporte Especial.
Trisenda envía un OTP de 6 dígitos al delivery_email registrado y devuelve un request_id.
El OTP vive 10 minutos. Límite: 1 OTP por titular cada 60 segundos.
